The day you become insatiable, and pray to get "lucky", is the point you squander all of your money. Seems a little absurd, but it appears to be legitimate. It seems the only time I ever win money is when I don’t care about losing it. I decided to go to the the casino the other evening with twenty dollars. I couldn’t care less about losing it, I mean, what is 20 dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I left with $120 profit in two hours!
A different occassion I was at the casino with my friend Charles. I took in one hundred dollars that I couldn’t afford to squander. I got hoggish, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 32 minutes! The lesson is never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you don’t panic about losing, you have a lot more opportunity of succeeding big!
What other ways can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than making a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they don’t hit often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Only bet on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example 1st 12, 2nd 12, 3rd dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay relatively high.
With the basic rules covered, how else can we further boost our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our ally, as opposed to our mortal enemy. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my friend Mike would say to me. "It is absolutely random due to the fact that any number can come up". Absolutely, my buddy Steve certainly has a point, but at the same instance, he is overlooking an important aspect of the picture. I totally agree, red or black might be landed on thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
